How long is my Society appointment and what's included?

Each Society appointment is 60 minutes. The cost is $50. Each application includes full makeup. We offer strip eyelash extensions at an additional charge of $10 and they are optional. We will arrive at your door with a hollywood-style vanity and chair. Please make sure you have access to wall outlets as we will need those to offer the full VIP experience!

 

 

Should I call or email to book my appointment?

Appointments book fast daily! Email is our preferred method of contact. But if you're in a serious beauty bind, please call at least 2-3 business days to request your desired appointment. We do offer same day appointments but it must be at least 6-8 hours in advance. For the woman who lives luxuriously, you can order multiple appointments at one time.

 

 

Where do you travel to and are there any travel fees?

We stop at nothing to get you GLAM! So we will travel to you if you are located in the NYC area which includes Brooklyn, Bronx, Queens and Manhattan. Although we will travel to New Jersey and Staten Island, Connecticut, Long Island - there is a travel fee for locations in those areas. Due to tolls and mileage, our travel fees will vary anywhere from $15-$50 addtionally.

 

Do you have a $50 Dollar Faces salon location?

We are working on that!!! We do conduct our beauty workshops and semi permanent eyelash extensions in our NYC shared space location at JJ Eyelashes 45 West 34th Street, New York, NY 10001. This location is only for the beauty workshops + semi permanent eyelash extension appointments.

 

 

Do you service brides, bridal parties and proms? Do you offer group rates?!

Yes. $50 Dollar Faces offers bridal makeup and consultations for the Bride-to-Be on her big day. We also offer the same $50 rate for all bridal party members as well. We do accomodate prom request, birthday parties, bridal showers, baby showers, girls night out request, etc. and all group rates are $50 per person. No additional discounts on large groups. FYI: Tips are accepted!!!

 

 

Do you service celebrities, reality stars and recognizable public figures?

To maintain our integrity as celebrity makeup artists we must be fair...to us of course, lol. Sorry, no celebrities included! Unfortunately, these rates do not apply to celebrities, reality satrs and recognizable public figures. We do however offer our services to a celebrity based clientele at reasonable rates depending on you or your celebrity client's needs. Please feel free to email us regarding your interest and needs.

 

 

Do you provide makeup services for photoshoots and video shoots?

Yes. Our rates vary depending on the needs of your photoshoot or video shoot. Please call us for rates.

Will you provide makeup for the Society appointment or do I have to supply my own?

Yes. We supply all the makeup used for the application. If you have any specific allergic reactions or special needs regarding makeup, please let us know ahead of time. Please feel free to have your favorite products on standby in case you absolutely love wearing it. We will be more than happy to accomodate your needs.

 

*Please be sure that your location is well-lit, well air-conditioned and clean. Please inform us prior to your appointment if you live in a elevator or walk up apartment building. If the location is unacceptable we have the right at our own discretion to cancel the appointment and refund your money.

 

 

Should I wash +prep my skin before you arrive?

Yes. Please be bare-faced. Although we like to cleanse the face, if you have a favorite skin care regimen, please feel free to prep your own skin. Just make sure that we have a clean, fresh canvas to work with.

 

 

Does $50 Dollar Faces have a return policy or exchange policy?

We do have a return policy and exchange policy on products. However, we do not offer refunds or exchanges once the makeup application is done.  We will work our best to give you a look that you'll love. Please feel free to give us an overall idea of the look you want and we'll go from there.

 

Can I cancel my $50 Dollar Faces appointment? Is there a cancellation fee?

Yes. You must cancel your appointment 6-8 hours before the scheduled appointment time to ensure a full refund of your purchase. Please be sure call directly Nicole 917.200.2272 if you need to cancel. If you do not cancel within 6-8 hours we will only refund 30% of you money.

 

How do I make an Exchange/Return on products that I order from here?

Please email us with the reason for your return and we will work to accomodate your request.

 

 

Can we hire $50 Dollar Faces for large events or group functions?

Yes. You can hire us for your group events or functions. We request $50 per person for groups. If you require us for out of state events, we ask that you accommodate airfare, car and hotel accommodations for all staff makeup artists. We offer group rates for the beauty workshops.
